Where sustainability is a lived practice.

The “VEGA Effect”

Up to 50% of the carbon emissions of new builds tends to be grey energy. In particular, erecting the load-bearing structure and the shell accounts for a substantial part of the carbon emissions. The very redevelopment of the existing building lowers VEGA’s carbon emissions substantially and thus makes an invaluable contribution to the environment and the climate. In the long term, comprehensive modernization will reduce ongoing energy consumption by as much as 70%. The objective? To achieve the “Efficient Building 55 Standard” for consumption levels of primary energy.
